WHAT is always looking for passionate, motivated individuals to join our growing aquatics staff. We offer opportunities to work with swimmers of all ages and abilities in a positive, team-focused environment.
- Lifeguards play a vital role in ensuring the safety of all swimmers while maintaining a welcoming and professional pool environment.
- Swim School Instructors work with beginner and developing swimmers, helping build confidence, water safety skills, and a strong foundation for lifelong swimming.
- Competitive Swim Coaches lead and support our team swimmers by designing practices, teaching proper technique, and fostering growth, discipline, and sportsmanship.
